On Wednesday the 22nd of October, Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre celebrated Diwali with over 190 people made up of members of the local community, as well as Councillors from Hurstville and Kogarah Councils and members of State and Federal Parliament. It was a very successful and colourful event and the KCAC Community Hall was filled with people from many different nationalities and cultures. A vegetarian traditional Indian lunch was served after the formalities of speeches, Indian prayers and performances and Bollywood Dancing.
