On Friday the 6th of September, KCAC Staff Gurmeed and Rose and Volunteer Effie attended the Culturally Diverse Carers Expo at Westfields Hurstville. The purpose of the event was to assist culturally diverse carers to access a range of information on available services and support in the South Eastern Sydney area. KCAC gave information to approximately 50 locals and also handed out balloons, pens and stress balls on the day. Up on stage, entertainers from many different cultures performed their traditional singing and dancing. It was a very colourful occasion and we hope to be there again next year.
