Community Aid Centre expresses sincere condolences to Mrs Edna Abbott and the
Abbott family on the recent passing of Mr Cecil Abbott 16th serving
Police Commissioner of the NSW Police Services.
Mr
Abbott was a member of the Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre community and Mrs
Abbott provided many dedicated hours to the Seniors Art Project.

this sad time we offer our prayers and best wishes.
